How To Cook And Eat "Fatty" Indomie And Get Away With It!

Dear Fat Loss Subscriber,

I want to show you one trick today. 

I believe so much that you will thank me for it. Especially if you love Indomie Noodles so much (or any of its variant) that you crave for it but unable to eat it as much as you want because of your weight loss journey. 



NOTE - I decided to write this report because a subscriber asked me for help on  how she can still lose weight while at the same time still eat her Indomie noodles as she cannot do without it.
I am going to show you how you can eat your Noodles and be able to get away with eating it...
Without gaining any ounce of 
fat as a result!
But before I tell you how to cook this healthy indomie, I want to show you how every other person eat theirs that makes it fatty:

One small pack of indomie (70g) contains 370 calories. Of this 70g pack, 54g is mainly carbohydrates. And don't even get me started on the amount of sodium in the seasoning. (check the back of the pack of an indomie to understand what I mean)

One small pack is not even enough for one adult to eat, so most people tend to eat 2 or even 3 packs.
That is between 740 and 1100 calories in one meal. 

And guess what, that does not include all the Oil, puree sauce and the chicken/fish that other people include in theirs.
This Makes Indomie A Very High Calorie 
Carb Meal (very fatty).
That is not going to help your weight loss goal!

But not to worry, I am going to show you a method to cook your Noodles in a healthier way that you will enjoy and not have to worry about gaining weight as a result. 

I hope you are ready...Let's go!

INGREDIENT
1. One small pack of indomie (Yes, I mean one (1) small pack!)
2. Cup of water
3. 1 egg
4. Vegetable Stir Fry (contains 3 - 5 different vegetables mixed together)

NOTE - If you have Shoprite in your town, they stock vegetable stir fry. If not, you can improvise by getting 4 of any of the following: Green Peas, Sweet corn, cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, lettuce and Bell Pepper (tatase).

DIRECTION

STEP 1 - Boil your egg in water for 10 - 15 minutes until hard

STEP 2 - Slice/Chop your cucumbers, carrots, bell pepper and lettuce in small pieces and mix it with sweet corn and green peas in a small bowl.

STEP 3 - Put a small glass of water into a pan, let it boil, add grinded pepper to taste (depending on how hot you want it). Empty the 1 pack of  Indomie noodles into the boiling water and let it simmer for 2 minutes while you turn the Indomie to the other side

STEP 4 - Add (half the seasoning) and the full chilli powder and stir occasionally until the water dries up. 

STEP 5 - Put a large fry pan over medium heat. Add just 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, empty your mixed vegetable into the hot fry pan and continue to stir with a flat stirring spoon on medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes.

STEP 6 - Serve your indomie in a plate, with the boiled egg and put the hot vegetable stir fry on the side. Enjoy your meal!

Don't just say..."it won't taste nice". Try it first!

When you cook your Indomie like this, you can eat it whenever you want (like on a cheat day) and get away with eating it without putting on more weight or feeling guilty about eating it.

One “magical” Exercise to Double your Fat Loss


 If I told you that there was a way to burn more calories, DOUBLE your fat loss and improve your cardiovascular fitness level in as little as 20 minutes while spending less time doing cardio, would you believe it?

You had better believe it because it is TRUE.
 

I call it a “magical” exercise because you only need 20 – 30 minutes and you are good to go.
Not only that, its one exercise where you continue to burn calories up to 24-48 hours AFTER you have stopped working out. (Imagine burning extra fat as you sit at your desk at work!)

This “magical” exercise is called Interval Training. It is one of the 3 foundation Strategic Fat-Loss Exercises used in the Total Fat Loss Plan - A Weight Loss Plan which You can follow to Double Your Fat Loss results strictly for Nigerians with our “peculiar” Nigerian environment.

4. You increase your fitness levels. 
You will improve your ability to exercise and increase your stamina over time.

5. You reduce the time spent on exercise. 
You spend less time exercising, but you burn the same or more calories as with your normal routine.

How to do a Fat-Loss Interval Training

Do a 5 mins warm up by stretching and matching on the spot. Next walk briskly for 20 seconds and then walk slowly for 20 seconds. Do this 30 times and then cool down for 5 mins again.
And that’s it. You would feel your heart beat faster and sweat all for a total duration of 30 minutes with DOUBLE Fat loss results.
